No. The delivery and assembly fee is separate from the package price. It is based on your location, starting with a 0 to 100 kilometre tier, and we confirm it with you before your order is finalized.

Each Curated Furniture Collection is a complete, professionally designed room, put into production for your order rather than kept in stock. Because it is made to order, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
This is also why getting the choice right upfront matters, and you do not have to do it alone. On delivery day our White Glove team handles delivery, placement, and a final walkthrough, and any manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. And before you order, you can book a complimentary consultation and a qualified designer will review your space and layout with you.

Once your collection has been delivered, shipping, delivery, and transportation charges are non-refundable, since the service has already been carried out.
These charges cover the White Glove team getting your collection to you and placing it in your room, so they reflect work that has been completed rather than a fee held in advance.
