If you have concerns about access, stairways, elevators, or room dimensions, please let us know before ordering so we can review them together.

  • Most collections are delivered within 8–12 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Lead times may vary depending on product availability and destination. We'll provide an estimated delivery timeline after your purchase and keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Our collections are intentionally curated by our designers to achieve a cohesive look and ensure every piece works beautifully together. For this reason, individual items cannot typically be substituted. If you're looking for a more personalized solution, we recommend booking a Design Consultation, where we can help determine the collection that's the best fit for your home or discuss custom interior design services.
